The story behind Kristoffer Building

Kevin’s start in the construction industry was on a crew of carpenter’s while in high school for the builder who built his parents home. He went on to earn a construction management degree from East Carolina University, then spent 14 years managing residential builds across Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In June of 2018 he founded Kristoffer Building Company with a simple goal in mind: to provide homeowners throughout Wilmington and the surrounding coastal North Carolina communities with quality craftsmanship, honest communication and a building experience built on trust. Kevin is proud to call coastal North Carolina home and enjoys helping families create spaces that fit their lifestyle while standing the test of time.
